Event Tickets

Our events take place in a great setting, with amazing bands and good people… and we want to keep it that way. Discrimination or violence is not tolerated. Racism, sexism, homophobia, fascism, or any other inappropriate behavior has no place here. You already knew that, of course.

The organizer manages everything with care and responsibility.

• No pets allowed.
• Children:
  • No entry for children under 7.
  • Children up to 12 get in free with hearing protection and under adult supervision.
  • Ages 13–16 pay full price and must be accompanied by an adult.
• Entry to the festival grounds means you agree to all safety measures (incl. bag checks and frisking). Refusal = no entry.
• Bringing your own drinks is not allowed, except sealed drinking water in reusable, non-disposable plastic bottles.
• Free drinking water provided when the temperature exceeds 26°C.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Buyer is responsible in case of loss/theft.
• No professional photography or recording equipment without permission.
• Not allowed: alcohol, glass, plastic bottles, cans, fireworks, weapons, or sharp objects.
• No chairs, folding chairs, or similar items. If brought, they will be confiscated by security.
• Do not roll down hills.
• Buy tickets only via www.brakrock.com or www.skateontrack.com
• Street tickets may be fake.
• Organizers/artists are not liable for damage, loss, theft, or accidents.
• Official merchandise is sold only on the festival grounds.
• No commercial or promotional activities without organizer’s approval.
• Photos taken at the event may be used by the organization (non-profit) for promotion.
• Tickets may not be resold. Resold tickets are invalid.
• Program changes do not entitle you to a refund.
• In case of force majeure (e.g., pandemic), the event may be rescheduled. Refunds only possible if you cannot attend the new date. Requests must be submitted within 2 weeks of the announcement. Reasonable admin fees may be deducted.
• Only printed e-tickets or tickets on smartphones are accepted.
• Forged tickets will be prosecuted under law.
• TV recordings may take place → you may be filmed.
• ID checks may be requested.
• No refunds under any circumstances (illness, job loss, travel issues, force majeure, etc.).

Bus Tickets (Coach)

Bus tickets to Punk Rock Holiday are sold by Brak On Track vzw.
Future tickets via Skate On Track BV. For 2024, tickets are still available via Tickettailor.

• Max. 2 pieces of luggage per person (1 checked bag, 1 carry-on, 1 tent included).
• Exceeding the luggage limit → extra baggage must be left behind.
• Passenger list with all names will be made.
• Check-in: 30 min before departure. Bus leaves on time and will not wait for latecomers.
• No pets allowed.
• Bus tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
• No fire or arson on the bus.
• Organizer is not liable for damage, loss, theft, or accidents.
• No resale. Resold tickets are invalid.
• Minor route changes do not entitle you to a refund.
• Children under 16 only with adult supervision.

General Terms

• Skate On Track BV acts as service provider for ticket sales of events organized by Brak On Track vzw.
• Skate On Track BV cannot be held responsible for changes in dates, locations, prices, or cancellations by the organizer.
• Skate On Track BV is the main organizer of Brakrock in Duffel.
• By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
• Skate On Track BV may change these terms at any time. Changes take effect once published online.
